Amanda Nasca is an outgoing and spirited Platinum agent who loves to interact with people from all walks of life. She gets along with almost anyone and turns clients in to friends with ease. Her ability to identify with her new found friends comes from the fact that she is an everyday “real person” who has been in their shoes and knows how heavy the weight of finding a new home can become. Honesty is her best policy, and she always ensures that she provides her clients with all the information necessary for them to make an informed and educated decision about their purchase or rental. Amanda was born in Staten Island and grew up in Orange County about an hour outside New York City, so she is no stranger to “The City that never sleeps”. She moved to Manhattan 3 years ago after transferring to CUNY Baruch College because she wanted to be a part of New York City, with all its opportunities and excitement. As a big foodie, she loves the endless restaurants and cuisines that are available just steps away from her home in the Financial District. Amanda loves giving her clients tips on the boundless activities happening around New York City too! She specializes in the West Village and tends to focus on anything downtown from 14th street and below but is able and willing to explore all parts of the city with her clients, as her life motto is “Live in the moment!”
