The condo-quality finishes in each of the apartments are singularly sustainable, from the bamboo flooring to the energy-efficient windows to the Energy Star-rated in-unit washer/dryers and GE appliances in the gourmet kitchens. Green building management systems also ensure that the living experience is top-notch -- a building-wide water filtration system reduces waste and provides ultra-clean water right out of the tap occupancy sensors ensure that public spaces are ultra-efficient as well. These apartments offer all the aesthetic grace notes savvy NYC dwellers expect from a luxury rental apartment, from granite-accented kitchen and marble-and-porcelain baths to nine-foot ceilings to floor-to-ceiling windows, but they deliver the green goods as well. This amazing building offers the deluxe amenities renters look for in a Manhattan luxury rental. The state-of-the-art on-site fitness facility boasts a 50-foot lap pool and whirlpool spa. The 24-hour doorman service is augmented by valet and maid service an on-site attended garage provides added convenience. The public spaces stand out for both their sustainability and striking good looks, from the rooftop sundeck to the private terrace to the residents-only screening room, lounge and library.
