DESCRIPTION
Trendy SOHO filled with fine dining, art galleries, and boutique shopping. This two bedroom apt has high ceilings and lots of light.
How can it be that this two bedroom apartment is renting at this incredibly low price? This is not a bait-n-switch or a slumlord property.
The truth...this is not the newest renovation. And that is what makes this such a great value. Because the apartment is price so low below market. There are certainly no other comparable units at this price in this neighborhood.
But is this apartment livable. What will you be giving up? Probably...track lighting, stainless steel appliances, and new cabinets. If you can live without these amenities then this might be the place for you.
If you need two full bedrooms and a full living room this might be the apartment for you. This apartment will not resonate with everyone. But the price sensitive shopper who values location will jump at this opportunity to live in SOHO.
Give me a call to schedule a showing and you can decide for yourself if you would like to give this apartment a try.

Dutch, the land was given to Trinity Church in 1705. The church
would own the area for over 100 years, building separate churches
and living spaces for the growing population. These homes would
later be recognized as one of NYC's first residential neighborhoods
beyond the original colonial boundaries.
By the 1840's, several piers had been built in the area, which
encouraged trading ships to land there rather than navigate the
more difficult East River. This made industry in the area explode,
