AMAZING place to live. Nice and SUNNY with big windows, 2 bathroom, hardwood floor. Unbelievable view from rooms and balcony.
The building is luxury type with 24 hours of doorman, laundry, gym, sundeck on the roof, swimming pool, tennis court, playground, soccer court.
This place has everything what you need write there. Quiet neighborhood, relaxed atmosphere, great view on the river and Manhattan. A lot of parks in that area baseball court, you will enjoy a family barbeque in the parks.
